Since 1994, have lived in Arvada, Littleton, Denver and for the second time in Aurora and also lived in Laramie Wyoming when I was doing some work for the University of Wyoming.
Graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1985 with a major in communications and a minor in music. Got my name in the Songwriters book in 2001 for a country song that I wrote. Survived the Twin Towers blast in New York City in 2001. Won the Media Person of the Year Award by the National Chapter of the Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2006. Won the Colorado Radio Broadcaster of the Year Award in 2007. Also received the Media Person of the Year Award by the Colorado Coaches Association in 2008. Just recently in March broadcasted my 5000th career high school game and was honored by the Colorado High School Activities Association and by Channel 9 in Denver for that special achievement. In 2006, started my own radio network of stattions but had to shut down in 2009 because of economic factors. Also just returned on June 23rd of this year from the World Cup Soccer tournament in South Africa.
My favorite memory is broadcasting Niwot's state championship game in football when they beat Montrose in 1990 and the five state baseball championships that followed after that.
What spare time I do have I like to listen and write and play music and making public appearances around the country promoting youth athletics and promoting my company that I currently work for.
