Helped to open 4 Harry's Hofbrau operations in a Management/Trainer position, opened my own restaurant, "Coaner's Hofrau in 1987 then in 1999 began my current career in Real Estate. Began with Alain Pinel Realtors in Saratoga for 12 years then moved to Coldwell Banker in San Jose where I have been since 2011.

Jim, sorry to be so late but holiday fiasco's & Covid got in the way but did want to wish you a very happy birthday. Please stay safe, stay healthy and have a great 2023! I can't help but think how nice it was to see you at the reunion this past year. I hadn't been to one since the 10 year and as our class grows smaller I can't help but remember when we were just Covington kids. Constantly getting yelled at during PE by Mr. Purdy. Still remember running track with you after being cut by the baseball coach. Lot's of fun indeed. Stay well my ole friend!
