I am still in the US Coast Guard. I have switched from the Enlisted side to the Officer side within the CG about 6 years ago. I went from the exciting job as a Rescue Swimmer to the not so exciting job as a Marine Inspector.

Married to Rhonda back in May of 94.

We have one step-son Skylar who is 16.

During the winter months we work on the house. During the summer when we have the long days we enjoy all the things Alaska has to offer. Fishing seems to always be at the top though.

That I was awarded the 2nd highest award for aerial flight an Air Medal for the rescue of 3 fisherman during a Nor'easter. We flew 70 miles off shore of New York where I jumped into 30 foot seas to help rescue the fisherman.

To many to list but here are a few in no particular order.
1. Band trips especially the ones to Disneyland.
2. Road trips in the Boni Bus. Porfie's old VW Bus for those that don't remember.
3. Jumping the canal in DP with Tom West's dad's Suburban.
4. Hanging out with Todd, Tom West and Wright, Bear, Porf, Marty, Mike and Mark. This one I miss the most.
5. The Brown Bomber (Todd's Car)

Freshman year and Mr. Elrod telling me in my ear that I better buckle down. He words still haunt me today. He is still one of my favorite teachers.

Having a fifth of JD fall out of my sock as we were all coming out of the band room to get on the bus to head to LA. I cant beleive I didn't get caught by the sound of glass hitting the ground. Luckily it did break.

Road Patrol for those who remember this.
