I started my career as an NGO volunteer ( project AIDS awareness program ) under DECS, RITM and WHO.
Fortunately, while working then, I had the chance to take up my Master's Degree in Psycholgy major in Clinical at UST Graduate School.
Would you believe I even became a Special Education Teacher? I enjoyed my noble work before teaching kids with autism, down syndrome, speech and global delays, behavioral problems and the like. Hahaha.. I became a teacher- but seriously, it was a very fruitful experience so to speak.
The longest and most rewarding one was to become an HR Professional from a retail industry to the famous McDonald's. I started as the lead recruiter for operations. Over the years, I can't imagine myself being part of a global brand -McDonalds in Human Capital Group servicing more than 15,000 thousands employees nationwide. Now, Im very fulfilled to see people I hired and eventually became successful in their careers.
True enough, through my strong passion to excel, commitment and hardwork, I was given an opportunity to handle a more challenging job as an HR Consultant. parang pangarap lang dati... pero naabot ko rin.
My current assignment , truly will inspire thousands of hardworking people in mcdo who never gets tired of servicing more hamburger lovers 24 hours a day.
Thus, Im very proud working in McDonalds Phils all these years.
