Matt Jisa

-Graduated from Bowling Green State University in
Ohio in the summer of 1987.
-Bartended in New York City from 1987-1989.
-Moved to Hawaii in November of 1989 and have
been here ever since.
-Bartended at a hotel in Waikiki throughout the
1990s.
-Worked at an animal shelter in the early 2000s.
-Waited tables on a big cruise ship in the
Caribbean for 5 months in 2004.
-Was a dining room manager aboard a
dinner-cruise ship called the Star of Honolulu
from January 2005 to January 2010(laid off).
-I've been a vegetarian(vegan) since January of
2003.
-I've been sober since December of 1998.
