Funeral services for Jackie D. Crooks, of 247 West Dickson Ave died Friday evening Feb 6,1976 in his apartment at 445 West Eighth Ave., Columbus,Ohio, will be held at 1 pm. Tuesday in the Diamond Home of Wappner Funeral Directors conducted by the Rev. Hertis Stone. Burial will be in the Mansfield Cemetery
I was really hurt to find that Jackie passed he was a good friend of mine in Simpson.He used to come to my house and give me rides on his moped. I looked and looked and this is all I could find on his passing and what had happened and nothing I even tryed to find his brothers Kevin and Larry and they are no where to be found not even anything on his mom and dad .He was a lot of fun and a good person.Rest in peace pal. I played semi-pro football with Jackie for the Mansfield All-Stars 1970 thru 1972. he was always a positive person and lifted me up to heights that I would not have attained otherwise. Another teamate is gone and will be missed!!!
