Beverly Sue Plew "Me Ma", 59, of Mansfield, died early Saturday morning, January 3, 2009, at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. She was born September 28, 1949, in Mansfield. She was employed at Newman Technology and enjoyed her job immensely. Beverly loved spending time with her family and especially, her grandchildren. She found great joy in raising and playing with her dogs, Brooklyn and Cheyenne. She is survived by two children, Ronald Lee Gilbert, Jr. and his wife, April, Kimberly Stiltner and her significant other, Larry Carroll, Jr. all of Mansfield; four grandchildren, Alexis and David Gilbert, Tristin and Trace Stiltner, all of Mansfield; two sisters, Sheila and Warren Meadows of Mansfield and Gale Coble of Hayesville; nieces and nephews, Willie and Melanie Coble of Murfreesboro, TN, Windy Coble and friend, Gabby Huff of Hayesville, Mandy and Trent Hall, Gary and Amber Meadows, all of Mansfield; and several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret (Bird) Wemer Conners. Friends may call from 1-3 and 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, January 7, 2009, at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St. Private family burial will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Richland County, the American Lung Association or the American Cancer Society.
