We had a planning meeting today with the other classes. I think you all will be pleased with the activities we have arranged for your enjoyment. Please watch the website for information to be posted. We are keeping the costs down to a minimum so everyone can attend and have a great time. Contact Carole or myself if you need help with room accomodations. Please make plans to be here.

Becky Graddy (Willis) Thanks to all in Marianna who are putting all of this together. I am trying to clean out the cobwebs in my memory, so far it is just memories of Band stuff - will keep thinking. Leslie graduated in 71 so he hopes there will be some of his class there. See you soon Becky Willis

Martha Jean Golden (Farrell)

The T-Shirts that the '69 class designed are cute, but I'll pass on one for myself. On another subject, looks like "things" have happened and results will be that I am going to be there for the Saturday's Autumn on the Square for a short while and that's it as far as our reunion activities go. Being responsible & dedicated to family matters/health/welfare--in addition to my own self--have to override other activities. Will still look forward to seeing as many of you as I can that will also be at the Square! Martha Jean (Golden) Farrell

It looks very unlikely that I will be able to attend after all. My mother passed today and the service will likely be next weekend. So sorry to miss. Have a good time.

Update on 9-17. The memorial service for mom will be Wednesday at 1 at the Grace Baptist Church in Paragould. This means that it may be possible for me to attend some of the reunion on Saturday. I will try to get to the stuff on the square Saturday afternoon for a while if I can. Thanks to all who have expressed condolences. I really appreciate your thoughts and concerns for me and my family at this time. While I have not had many opportunities to see any of you in the past, I truly feel blessed to have so many who care. May God bless you all.

Sheila Jones (Carter) You have all helped me to win a bet with the class of 69...we have more registered than they do and this IS actually their 40th...(our 39th)...don't anyone back out...I would hate for them to have more in attendence than the "Age of Aquarius" Class of 1970!!! 7 days to go

Carole Lee Gentry (Abbott) We have had such great comments on the reunion. I have honestly not heard one negative thing myself. It was great to get together again - I am shooting for 100% participation next reunion!

3/29/10 Can you believe it's 2010 and slipping at warp speed toward 2011?!?! Even though I didn't get to much of the reunion except Autumn on the Square for a bit, I so enjoyed seeing several of you. I'm really proud of how each of you have made successful lives, have great families, and it's very special to me how many of you have really let God lead you and you live for Him. I hope you who can will post messages on here throughout this year----don't want to lose word of you and your lives now that (especially) Carole & Sheila helped find a way to stay in touch. Well it is 2011 and maybe we should start thinking about another reunion in a couple of years. Everyone had so much fun and the word is that another get together would be in high demand. Start posting your thoughts and we can see what the interest of the class might be.
