Jeff had a huge heart and was loved dearly by his friends and family. Family was most important to him. How happy he would be today to meet his new additions to his family. Jeff served his country in the U. S. Army.

Jeff Eppinger was one of my best friends. His parents and my parents were always good friends and we got to know each other better through family gatherings. He was very sweet and kind to me. You could tell he wanted to be wild (like a Scott Gillespie), but always held back. Jeff, Jerry McBrayer and I went out one Halloween and rolled and egged a very nasty neighbor of ours and while we were running away, Jeff slid on gravel and ripped his knees up. I will never forget how hard we laughed even though poor Jeff's legs were shredded to pieces!Lisa Russell (Robinson)
I remember Jeff as being a little shy, but very sweet. I remember seeing him after high school and he had really grown alot. I guess being in the service really changes you. He was more confident in himself than what he was in school. Jeff was duck hunting with my brother Ronnie when he was accidentally shot by another person in his boat. It was a very unfortunate accident and it still bothers my brother to this day. At least Jeff was having a good time and was with people that he enjoyed being around when he left us.
