I retired from the military with twenty-two year as a Medical Service Corps Officer. Jobs held:
• Plan and coordinate medical support for each State of the Union Address at the Nation’s Capitol, as well as provide medical logistics/support for Camp David
• Enhanced the medical readiness of the Seattle’s (Washington State) soldiers Congressionally mandated Title 11 program in quality assurance for its wartime mission
• Lead the effort to implement an ISO 9000 Global Compliant Business Process Model in the Integrated Quality Management Business Practice for the Federal Government Services Division of IAP World Services. The goal is to reduce process time and streamline business operations to be more effective. The implementation of IAP World Services Excellence in Customer Satisfaction initiative is the key to implementing Total Quality Management at IAP World Services-Meade
• Reestablish and reorganize the 12.5 million-dollar renovation project to ensure daily quality control inspections were according to government established specs and approved submittals. This project was recognized by The American Dental Association for establishing one of the largest renovated research facilities in the United Stated (this is what I am most proud of accomplishing)
