Let's see...I joined the Army after graduation and was a dental assistant for 4 years with the Army, then went on to college and graduated from UofO in Human Services. I then went on to be a co-founder of an intentional housing community-Duma in Eugene, OR (like the old communes) and lived there doing a lot of different kinds of work for 9 years! I traveled, did a lot of bike touring including Kenya and Uganda, hiking, canoeing, lived in Kenya for over 2 years. Had my own coffee shop in Eugene, Baba Yaga's Dream and other entrepreneureal endeavors! Always growing and working on being the best person that I can. I love gardening, art and being in nature! I have 1 son from my marriage to a Kenyan that unfortunately didn't work out and am now a single mom. I was a late bloomer in school and late at being a mom too! Now, I live in Olympia,WA and work for the State of WA!
I love gardening and especially the edible kind...I'm partial to permaculture! I am a Master Gardener and love just hanging in my yard! I am also a lover of nature and hiking and enjoying the simple pleasures of nature!
