I graduated from the University of Utah in 1992 with a BS in Business Management. I went back to school and got a BS in Business Education and Marketing from Weber State University in 1999. I moved to Lehi with my daughter in July 2000.

I've been teaching for 10 years now. I had been teaching high school but switched back to junior high this year. I love it! I started to feel old when I began teaching the kids of people I grew up with. Even more strange was having my former teachers become my colleagues.

Kate is smart, funny, beautiful, and kind. There are few dull moments when she is in the house. Together we love traveling and cheering for the UTES!!!

Hanging out with friends, dances, games, and scooping ice cream at Dan's! Teaching high school seems to have brought back a lot of memories... especially this year when I chaperoned our prom at the State Capitol. The best thing about high school was everyone could find somewhere to belong.
