I graduated from the U of U with a BFA in theater. I taught theater summer school up at the U. Middle school & high school theater at Rowland Hall for 5 years. Moved to AZ for a bit of a change, then back to SL got engaged to my one true love, my high school boyfriend Jim! We finally got married (20 years later ;), took a teaching job back in AZ, started a party planning company with Angela Tidwell-Hasenberg, had a baby, Xander and am now the official stay at home/traveling Mom!

Jim and I love to travel, went to Australia over the summer, it was a total trip, right before I was put on bed rest for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. Now just trying to get the groove as a new mom. * Me in a nut shell.

I loved high school but I can't recall any "stories"... Troy Bench used to call me "Brand Flakes", real original, I know!, thanks Troy! :)

I remember being so scared, almost panicked my first day, even though I had been to high school 1/2 of my freshmen year at Jordan, Hillcrest just seemed larger then life. High school was a roller coaster ride for me, with highs and lows.

There were the school plays that helped me stay focused and keep a bit of my sanity. I loved our musicals and being the student director, working with Robin (I learned so much from her in those years) and Mr Vyke, who probably should have retired before I got there. ;)

Then all of a sudden we were graduating, as we stood in our cap and gowns and dawned our shades at the setting sun, it was over. They were just a few years in my life but they helped me see and reach for the life I have now.
