John Pirelli

I attended college at UWM for two years after high school. I 1980 I started at MATC for six years with studies in metalcasting and patternmaking apprentiships. There I was named accademic apprentice of the year and I also served on a accademic advisory committee. In the early 90s I went to WCTC for 5 years and studied management and technical courses. My last schooI I enrolled in was CTU for project management. I worked at various companies, mainly in the areas of tooling, engineering, and project management.
I am also happily devorced. I recently retired and moved to the Antigo area. I have 5 acres of land on a small lake. I have plenty remodeling work around the house to keep me busy, but I don't let that take away from my favorite things to do like fishing, kayaking, hiking, wood working, and of course riding my Harley.

I enjoyed every day of high school. My favorite teacher was Mrs. Daniels. My main activities were band and wrestling. So many good times and experiences with these. Rick Korpela was a good cohort throughout high school. At our last football game when we were in the marching band, Rick and I decided we wanted to do something special in the halftime show. We planned to keep walking another 5 yards while the rest of the band stopped. This did not go unnoticed by our band teacher Mr. Chadwick. He was not too amused and made us play the school song in front of the band the next day. Niether one us finished as we were laughing too hard.
