Randal “Randy” Lee Hall, 53, a lifetime resident of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2014. He was born October 20, 1960 in Muskogee to Jay R. Hall and Fannie M. Dickson Hall. Randal attended Whittier Elementary, Alice Robertson Junior High and graduated from Muskogee High School with the class of 1978. Right out of high school, he began working for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and retired in 2010 after 32 years of service.

Randal met and later married his best friend, Kimberly Ann Smith on January 31, 1992 in Muskogee. They shared more than 22 years of marriage.

Randal was an avid NASCAR fan. He loved fishing and camping but only if he had the luxury of an RV with air conditioning and satellite. He also loved spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He will always be remembered for his friendliness as he never met a stranger. Randal was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him.

Randal was preceded in death by his father, Jay Hall; his grandparents, William and Elizabeth Hall, and Martha Cain He is survived by his wife, Kim, of the home; his mother, Fannie Hall of Muskogee; his brother, Ric Hall and wife, Marie of Willcox, AZ; in-laws, Eugene and Beverly Smith; brother-in-law, Scott Smith and wife, Jaclyn, all of Muskogee; and sister-in-law, Christie Young and husband, Moonie of Haskell, OK; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends.

Funeral services for Randal will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Christian Chapel Church with Pastor Jack Perkins officiating. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery with Michael Hall, Moonie Young, Lane Young, William Hall, Alfred Hall, and Joshua Hall serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jack Bumgarner, Darien Austin, Bill Cauthon, Alex Gulley, Jeff Roth, and Shannon Harris.
