Born in Oakland, CA in 1947, Sandra grew up in central California and graduated from Napa High School Class of 1964.
She moved to The Dalles, Oregon in 1980 with her husband and two children, and lived there until relocating in 2010 to Oregon City.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Ann Leimer of Napa, CA, and her husband, Frank Gene Baker of The Dalles, OR.
Surviving are her brother, David Leimer of Urbana, OH and her children, Sonya Brumbaugh of Milwaukie, OR, and Kimberly Baker of Lilburn, GA.
A service will be held at 11am, Friday, July 10th at Trinity Lutheran Church. Arrangements entrusted to Hillside Chapel in Oregon City.

Sandra was such a beautiful person, inside and out and I'm so sorry to hear of her battle with cancer. The Bible promises that soon there will be a resurrection back to life here on our earth which will be restored to Paradise conditions and death will be no more, nor sickness. John 5: 28,29 ; Psalm 37: 10,11,29 "The righteous themselves will possess the earth, And they will reside forever upon it." Revelation 21: 3,4 I'm looking forward to Sandra's resurrection.
