Obituary of Bruce Nemes

Bruce Eugene Nemes, 68, passed away on Monday afternoon August 17th in Vancouver, WA.

He was born in Spokane, WA to Eldora and Eugene Nemes on January 8, 1947.

At a young age he moved from Spokane to Napa, CA where he graduated high school. He moved to Oregon to further his education at Lewis & Clark College where he earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts.

After completing college he worked for 32 years at David Douglas School District starting as a high school psychology teacher and completing his career as an elementary school administrator.

He married Debra on March 1, 2003.

Bruce enjoyed his retirement and becoming a “snowbird” in the Palm Springs area where he loved to golf. He looked forward to his visits to Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarte.

In addition to his wife, Debra he is survived by son Tad (Laurie) Nemes, daughter GayMarie (Jon) Roach , stepdaughter Tiffany White. Bruce was also blessed with six amazing grandchildren.
