Perhaps not many people remember Laura.  She was very bright, a very sweet person and extremely shy.  She invited me to share a picnic with her family once and we had a lovely afternoon.  I'd always wondered what had become of her and was saddened to hear she had passed.  I hope she had a rewarding life.

Laura was in scouting with a bunch of us, and Carol B., and we met at the house up on Grandview Drive... she never missed a meeting and was very smart , and friendly.  I am sorry to hear of her passing as I had been trying to locate her when I heard she had passed... I enjoyed knowing Laura at Ridgeview and working with her on the Yearbook staff.

Laura was my roommate during my sophomore year at U.C. Davis. She became very interested in the political causes of that era and transferred to U.C. Berkeley. Unfortunately we lost contact in the ensuing years and I, too, was saddened to hear of her passing.

I agree with the comments above about Laura.  We met at Westwood Elementary and she struck me as very friendly and smart. We were friends.  I remember that she was in Girl Scouts when I was in Boy Scouts.
