I am deeply sad to hear of the loss of a wonderful classmate. He always had a wonderful smile and was a pleasure to be around during our high school years. Never saw him after school, but have treasured memories of the wonderul classmates such as Mike who created fond memories of our last year in high school. Glad to read he had a wonderful life and family. My condolences to his family.

We all have friends like Mike..he grew up down the street from my house , we built forts with hay bales in the field and played Army as kids, were in the same cub scout pack and went camping with the group, told ghost stories over the camp fire..  went to elementary school, Jr High and High School together, and when he went into the marines my Dad gave him his WWII Marine emblems to wear on his uniform and for good luck.. never really lost track because when  I saw my brother or my parents I always asked 'what are Chip and Mike up to" will miss him
