Per her obituary in the Napa Register, Kathleen died Sept. 19, 2013 in Lucerne, California.  She was born in Napa on Sep 26, 1947 to Jack and Alberta Mahoney.  She graduated from Napa High School and worked in the credit industry.  Kathy married the love of her life in Concord, Calif. on Feb 11, 1978.  Mrs. Dugan is survived by her husband, Terrie Dugan of Lucerne; daughter, Susan Pollard of Concord, Calif.; son, Daniel Dugan of Vacaville, Calif.; grandchildren, Lauren and Nicholas; and numerous neices, nephew, cousins and friends.  Condolences to the family may be left at ClaffeyandRota.com
