John Raymond was on the Silverado Jr. High baseball team, when we were 9th graders. He and Bill Dulle were best friends. The three of us mostlly rode the bench that year, and John and Bill cracked jokes endlessly, as coach Sugiyama tried to get us to route for the team on the field. Raymond was thin, had dark hair, a very narrow face, a quick laugh, and nice sense of humor. I didn't know him well, but it sounds as if he had a good life. RIP

RIP John you were a great guy. I have great memories of our grad night when we all went to the beach instead of Vichy. We drove over in your Chevy and met Walt with his Jeep. Later we became neighbors in Browns Valley. I always enjoyed seeing Wendy at the house as our daughters grew up together. Your happy and joking personality was alway uplifting and infectious. Although I never got to see you much after I moved from the area we occasionally ran into each other and you never changed. You are surely missed.
