Seems only yesterday we were playing in the trumpet section of Neil Bordon's 7th grade Ridgeview band and now you are playing that Mendez in a lot bigger group.  Walt

Every lunch hour, right after band, Dick and I would hit Fosters and then over to The SF Chronicle shed. One time playing baseball with a golf ball, a bad hop almost ended my ability to have children. For some reason Dick thought was hilarious. We will meet again Dick, I've got a Titleist with your name on it.

I also had lots of memories of Dick,Walt and I playing the trumpett in the band. We had the greatest time with Terry Simpkins and other band members. I also remember seeing Dick driving that gorgeous red Impala around which was the envy of alot of us car buffs. I know Dick has one upstairs for sure.
