Stephanie Watko Frazier

After high school I went to Pikeville College and graudated in 1992 with a BS degree in Early Elementary and Special Education. I taught Special Education for 12 years at Whitesburg High School and 1 year at LCCHS. I have a Masters degree and a Rank I from Morehead State University in Guidance Counseling. For the past three years I have worked as a Guidance Counselor at Mullins School in Pike County. My son is 20 years old and is a Soph. at Pikeville College.
