After high school, I led a nomadic few years, exploring the northeast US.
I returned to Virginia and ended up settling down (for now) in Williamsburg, with my husband, Keith.
Keith is a chef and an accomplished musician. His band released their first album this past year. I have also been singer/songwriter in several bands, but just for fun!
I'm working towards degrees in fine arts & photography, after which I will continue for a Masters in Fine Arts. I've recently received an honor society invite, so I guess I'll be extra shiny during graduation.
No kids yet. Perhaps in another ten years :) |

Perry and I were walking down the halls during sophomore year when everyone started coughing and tearing up...apparently somebody sprayed pepper spray into the ducts?

An outside art class left a bundle of discarded newspaper on the track...admin didn't know about this class and thought it was a suspect device. They called in the calvary and it was a lovely disruption to our day.

Being a member of Keyettes (I think I was Parliamentarian or some such thing), we had to go ring the salvation army bell outside of Coliseum Mall. The day I went, there just happened to be a Phish show going on at the coliseum. Turns out my future husband was at that show. Weird coincidence.

My block classes with Mr. Lilley are what I look back on the most fondly. He really inspired me to look at the world differently. And to analyze everything...which may not have always turned out to be to my advantage...but it appeals to my nature. |
