Brooke was battling MS ( probably since jr high
when she started dislocating her knee regularly )
and then had a stroke.

as life goes on outside my door
at the break of a brand new day.

surrounded by the sweet embrace
of all I've come to know.

because I have given freely
to each person I have met.
