Comments:

I have been very blessed. I have two wonderful children that I've raised with my terrific husband Drew (class of 1981). I was lucky enough to be a stay home mom for my children's early years. Then I worked in as a secretary for Creative Adventures Learning Center for 2 year and moved to Happy Apple Learning Center for 8 years. In 2008 I began managing the Vargo's Hallmark store at the Norwin Hills Shopping Plaza.
In addition to raising children, spending quality time with my husband and working; I also am very active in my church. I sing in the choir, serve on church council, and am involved in several committees. Most recently I was honored to be involved in a community fundraiser for one of the children in our congregation who has a rare skin disorder. It was very successful and the little girl, Fallyn, has had her surgery and is doing quite well.
I am also knee deep in wedding plans and bridal shower plans. My daughter has promised to give us a 3 year break until the next wedding.

School Story:

I have many fond memories of high school. What I have found interesting during the years that my children were in high school is how much things seem to have changed but really didn't. I have relived my proms, dances, football games, activities with my children as they experienced them. And the funny thing is that they have been experiencing them with some of children of my high school friends and acquaintences! Some of the prom picture gatherings became mini reunions. I really enjoyed that. To feel the camaraderie return so easily is a great experience.
