Julie Ferguson was my first real friend at Mona Shores, and we have remained close friends over these many years. I like to look at Julie and her family as an extension of my own family.

I was somewhat shy in school, something I would change if I had it to do over. But...perhaps my shyness kept me out of trouble--one never knows. HaHa!

Thank you to Facebook for providing a vehicle to keep in touch with many other friends, renewing old friendships and making new ones. I recently looked at the In Memory section of this high school website and was surprised at the many classmates who have passed on over the years. Value your friends and family, classmates...you just never know when they will be taken from you.

Now retired (30+ years in banking plus 15 years as a Licensed Community Association Manager in Florida). Now I’m associated with the Travel Industry as the co-founder and co-owner of Verandah Cruise & Travel, specializing in cruise travel worldwide.
