Nancy Bale Heck

Rick and I lived in Ontario until our two daughters graduated from high school. I have been working for the Oregon Department of Corrections since 1997. I am a Human Resource Manager and transferred to Central Oregon in February of 2007 to help get the new prison started in Madras. It's been wild ride! I'm thinking of writing a book once I retire about all the crazy things that come across the desk of a Human Resource Manager. (Names will be changed to protect the innocent.)
