We’ve traveled to numerous western parks; Bryce, Zion, Yellowstone, Yosemite, The Redwoods, & Sequoia, The Arches in Utah our favorite. We’ve touched all USA except Texas & Hawaii. I was separated from the group with no Spanish & my ID & money in Joes pocket. The day before while in Venice I said , “you are never really lost”……
We’ve encountered Elk in our path ( had to get that sunset picture) at Rocky Mt National Pk, Buffalo in Custer St Pk, a black Bear on my kayak path at Snowbird Lake, coyote in my compost pile, being caught in the middle of 7th Lake in a thunderstorm with Lyns , Ty & Rusty balancing in a canoe !!
We lived in Oneida for 40 years before moving to our Lakehouse (2doors from Verona Beach St Pk) ….oh the sunsets were our cocktail hour, We cleared woods ourselves to build 2cabins at Snowbird Lake…my happy place . Selling & moving 4 homes & 2cabins in 10 years before happily settling in Bedford, NH where we have explored an hour to the ocean, an hour to the mountains & lakes, an hour to Boston… We spend our time between Bedford & Kissimmee Fl.
We have been very blessed in our lives with good health & it brings us comfort to know our children are happy in their lives.
Life has been a lesson.
