After High School, I served 4 years in the Air Force. Served in Vietnam and was discharged in 1973. I became a Tool and Die Maker in 1977 and worked in a plastics plant as a Toolroom Supervisor until 2000. I finally made it to college at 43. It took me eight years going part time to get my A.A.S. in Mechanical Engineering at M.V.C.C. I was a Production Supervisor in East Syracuse for 12 years. I started my own business, Barter Electric LLC, about ten years ago. I am now doing only electrical work and I am all done with factory work. Retirement is great. I no longer do any electrical work, except for my family.
