Valerie Kovach Gillespie

I attended Penn State University from 1979 to 1985 and graduated with a BAE (Bachelor of Architectural Engineering). Its a special degree combining architecture and engineering but mostly engineering.

I was recruited out of college to work for CUH2A in Princeton. I worked there for 16 years as a structural engineer specializing in research & developement buildings for major pharmaceutical companies. In 2001, I went to T&M Associates in Middletown to head their structural engineering department. In 2003, I opened my own structural engineering business in Manasquan, NJ.

I've been married for 24 years, I met my husband my freshman year of college. We live in Brielle, NJ and have 2 daughters.
