Don't see any 'responses' as I sit here amidst wind and rain brought to the beautiful state of Arkansas by the remnants of Hurricane Ike. Tried to update my visible email address (it's john922@suddenlink.net not john922@cox.net) and in the process discovered some interesting memory happenings. I may have a hard time remembering what I had for supper last Tuesday but the reading of names on the class roster brings forth vivid images of faces young and memories old. The fascinating part is to see the year book pictures and where current pictures are available to compare the two. Some of us today look not much different from our youth (with allowances for aging) and some of us bear no resemblance to what we were. I'm puzzled by the statement on the 2012 Reunion Survey. It asks if we're interested in a reunion in two years when we turn 80. That would be 2014, but I (and I'm sure some others) turned 80 last year in 2011.
July 20, 2013 Maiil is now being sent to about 125 classmates inviting responses to a reunion set for Friday, September 20, 2013 . We will visit the school from about 10:00 A.M until about 12 :00 and then travel to the William Penn Inn for lunch from about 1:30 to 4:00. We have an updated list of all surviving classmates which will be available.
