 Bob Charny died suddenly and unexpectedly on Jan. 12, 2012. He was very proud to be a member of the 191 class at Central High School. His funeral is on Jan. 16 at 1 p.m. at Congregation Beth Israel, Northfield, NJ.

From Phil Alterman to all classmates :

I would like to know the names of all surviving classmates as of this day, ( Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013 ). Let me know so that a survey can be performed regarding our next reunion. 2014 will be the 65th year since our graduation.

I would like to know if there are any classmates that would like to assist me in this endeaver, please let me know by either phone ( 215-947-2809 ) or by e-mail ( xpert31@aol.com ).

We have about $ 3000. in the bank. What should we do with this money ?

On Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013 I attended a meeting of some of the representatives of other classes. The following classes were represented : 171, 188, 191, 193, 206, 211, 218, 222, 230, 234, 235, 239, 241, 254, 256. There were two people from 188 and two from 222. Classmates from 188 and 193 get together once a year.
