Experience in design and construction of commercial buildings, marine terminals, bulk oil facilities and shopping centers. Estimated construction costs of bridges, high rise apartment buildings, sewage and water treatment plants, concrete batching plants and other types of facilities. Prepared real estate appraisals of industrial plants valued up to 50 million dollars. Testified in court for this type of work and have also testified for various other actions.
I am a Forensic Engineer from about 1975 and am a member of numerous technical societies. I have investigated interesting projects such as bridge collapses on I-95, World Trade Center Buildings, Super dome in New Orleans, explosion at a Fuel Plant in Henderson, Nevada, Fires/Explosions at refineries, Crane Collapses, Forklift Accidents, and Scaffold and Aerial platform accidents.
I have been busy and have not yet retired, although my work week is only four days.
