This is a great idea. I know a reunion is planned for folks from 2nd and Cheltenham, and they've been getting a lot of responses, so it's great we're getting on the ball as well. I was thrilled to reconnect with Gary Lassin and his wonderful wife, my old friend Arlene Nisson Lassin, at my son's bar mitzvah this past August. I hope you get many, many inquiries. A reunion would be so nostalgic!

So many Pennway Street memories. We were one of the few families with a backyard pool(it was small but it did the trick!) and my late Dad Mike would show 8 mm. films on the front steps that we shared with the Berkowitz family..we'd draw a big crowd! My brown and white mongrel Sandy lived to be 16 and he was a kind of neighborhood fixture. I remember attending Hebrew school and getting the wrong Torah portion, just a week before my bat mitzvah! (Something similar almost happened with my son!) I loved my summers at Camp Council and I remember my closest friends were Carol Ann ("Lann")Campbell when I was pre-school, and then Marla Snyderman, Donna Ziserman, and Debbie Tatum once school began. Oh, and Patty Moore(her sister Cathy was nicknamed "Doll") and Diane and Susan Deeley, from a family of seven but they were closest in age to me. And of course, my Brith Israel crowd, which was Marla Snyderman, Elena Selez, Marion Schleifer, Judi Hyder, Corinne Dreyfuss, and Debbie Cohen. If I can think of anything else I'll add it in later!
