Sharon and I became friends in Mr. Baxley's English class. We sat in alphabetical order, so Sharon and I sat next to one another. We stayed in touch after HS, and even went on vacation to Virginia Beach together. I spent may Shabbats over her house. Sharon had such a beautiful singing voice. I loved hearing her sing; she was very gifted. She was such a fun person and was always ready to laugh. She also had an extremely kind heart. We lost touch after she married. I think of Sharon often, and hope she is at peace.
