MISSING CLASSMATES

Know the email address of a missing Classmate? Click here to contact them!

Welcome to the Churchill Area High Class Of 1970 web site!  Use the "Sign In" tab on the upper right to have full access.

If you haven't yet "joined" or updated your profile, please take a few minutes now to do so.  280 classmates have joined and created a profile with information about what has happened since graduation!  Over 100 of them have added recent photographs.  And, sadly, 80 of our classmates have passed away--you can find out more about them and add comments to their profile on the "In Memory" page.

If you know other classmates who haven't joined yet, please encourage them to do so.  This website is our primary means for staying connected with each other.

We had a wonderful 55-Year Class Reunion on September 20, 2021!  Photos from the reunion can be viewed by clicking  the "55 Year Reunion Photos" link in the menu on the left.   If you took photos at the reunion, please upload them on that same link.

If you have questions, please contact Herb Kolbe via his profile page, phone (412-427-3740) or email (hkolbe52@gmail.com).

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Folks, A red on white, size Medium, Churchill Chargers Tshirt was given to Cory [Noel's Daughter] at a recent past reunion. She wore it that night and one other time but it no longer fits and I'd like to have it find a home, if possible, with a classmate who would be interested.

I can mail it or it can be picked up here in Forest Hills. I really don't want it to go to the Thrift Store. We are working our way through loads of packed items that never were unboxed after moving here, this isn't one of those items, but that's the mode we are in.

Please let me know if you are interested, by message, at 215-353-0159.
Thanks,

Barbara [Noel Squitieri's Wife]

My brother, John Lloyd, passed away on June 20, 2026 following surgery for a broken hip. Many of you will remember him from music classes at Forest Hills Junior High. He moved here to London in 1995 after he retired and then served as our church organist for 14 years and sang in the choir from 2010 onwards. He would have been 88 next month.
Tom Lloyd

Hello Classmates,

I have a thought/suggestion. After seeing the photos of the 55th, which were great to see, it did show we are aging a bit, aren't we.

And we will have in memorial emails notices continue.

So, I suggest we post highlights of our highlights to share. Not facebook type of 10 photos but a simple photo of happy snappy smiley "stuff" currently going on in our lives,..bragging about children grand children and you.... doing something extraordinary.
Upbeat things..... special travel etc. I suggest we keep it to one photo and one line explanation.....
I recently posted y 50th wedding anniversary as an example

My thought is it will be interesting and kinda in a way counter the somber notices of classmates passing that will continue.

Just throwing it our there.....

Jim Ambrose
