TUCSON, AZ- I was born on Nov. 30, 1960 in Colorado Springs, Colo. to Patrick and Patricia Sloan.
I spent my youth chasing scorpions and other desert animals in the Mojave Desert with myr little brother, John. I moved to Utah in 1973 and stayed until 1987, when I moved to Tucson. I lived there until I left Earth for greener pastures on June 26, 2014.
I had but one daughter, Tiffany Pappas Sayes, who always made me proud. We were very much alike (stubborn, us?!) and could always get each other to laugh. My life was full of travel, music, friends and animals, which I always liked better than most people! I’m finally free of pain and I get to spend eternity with my dad riding dirt bikes and shooting guns.
As AC/DC would say: “Have a drink on me!” As Bob Seger said: “There I go, turn the page.” Thanks to everyone who helped me as I got more difficult to handle. I promise, I’ll pay you back on the other side.
