August 11, 1958 - December 3, 2015
Bonnie Rae Miller passed away December 3, 2015 in Pocatello, Idaho from health complications. She was born to Bryan West & Darlene Howard Belnap on August 11, 1958 in Provo, Utah. She resided in Utah County for most of her childhood. She met David Ray Miller in the fall of 1977. They engaged and were married on May 27, 1978. They were sealed in the Provo Temple on June of 1979 prior to the birth of her first child.
Bonnie attended Brigham Young University where she studied Psychology and counseling. She enjoyed raising her children who loved her dearly being a homemaker. She lived in Oahu, Hawaii with her husband and three daughters while her husband attended school at BYU - Hawaii. They relocated to Povo, Utah and built a home. In 1989 she moved with her husband and 5 children to Allen, Texas where Dave secured employment at Texas Instruments. In 1991, the family moved to Pocatello, Idaho. 
Bonnie enjoyed music in all forms and was an accomplished performer and musician. She brought joy to so many with her vocal talents. She played the guitar and taught voice. She taught 6th grade music education in the Pocatello School District 25 at Tyhee, Syringa, and Wilcox Elementary Schools.
Bonnie taught pre-school and day care in her home for many years and had a pure love and compassion for all children. She held many callings within the LDS faith, including young women's leader and primary chorister.
Bonnie enjoyed the outdoors and many camping, hiking and fishing trips with her husband, children and even extended family. In January of 2004 she became a grandmother to Kyler Stephen Self and always shared a close bond with her only grandchild to date.
She is survived by: her children; Jennifer Rae Miller, Rachel Rae Miller-Pinkston, Sheiree Camille Miller, James Jesse Miller and Riley West Miller; her mother; 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, David Ray Miller; father, Bryan West Belnap; grandfather, Erin Howard; grandmother, Verdis Brrett Howard; father-in-law, Ray Charrington Miller; and sister-in-law Jeanette Miller-Henry
Memorial services for Bonnie will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday December 5, 2015 at the Oakwood LDS Chapel at 225 Oakwood Drive in Pocatello. Family will receive friends at a gathering one hour prior to services at the church. Condolences may be sent to the family online at wilksfuneralhome.com
