Elaine Nell Ranberg Lowe passed away quietly in the night on March 26, 2012 from complications of her disabilities.  She was 55. Elaine was born July 21, 1956 to Richard and Doris Ranberg in Red Bluff.  She attended local schools and lived mostly in Red Bluff throughout her life. Elaine worked for Blue Shield for many years and then later for Sunplay Pools & Services. Elaine was preceeded in death by her mother and is survivied by her father, brother Mark, son Clarence (Mistie) Lowe and two grandsons Tristan and Anakin Lowe.
