I'm sorry to inform you that Mike has passed away. I am not sure of the year but Chuck Martin let me know he has indeed passed away a year and a half to two years ago. If you have better information please let me know. He lived with Cheryl Rayle Martin's sister, Rhonda Rayle and she passed away this last December.
