VickiJ. Johnson, 62, of Rockford passed away on Monday, February 9, 2009 in Rockford Memorial Hospital. Born June 27, 1946 in Rockford to Russell M. and Marie (Melenas) Miller. Vicki was a 1964 graduate of Auburn High School. She married George Johnson in Rockford on September 12, 1964. Vickiworked part time for her family owned businesses, Rockford Central Plastics and Continental Machine. She had a great love for animals and adopted the ""ugly ducklings"" of the bunch. Survivors include her husband George, daughter Danielle (Paul Washa), son Josh (Stephanie) Johnson and granddaughter Madalyn Johnson. Brothers Jack A. Miller, Terry M. (Janice) Miller, several loving nieces and nephews and her furry friends Jesse, Shorty and the cats. She is predeceased by her parents and her favorite dog of all time, Duck. A memorial visitation will be Friday, February 13, 2009 from 4-6 p.m. in Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N. Rockton Ave., Rockford.
