1999 seems like ages ago. I look forward to taking a stroll down memory lane with all of you. It is wonderful to think about the journey I have had so far and I know I will be amazed with all of your paths. Last time I saw most of you was the eve of our Graduation. I was on my way to Long Beach State where I enjoyed the beaches and sunshine, however missed Northern California. I transferred to Sonoma State where I earned my degree in History. I followed up with a earning a teaching credential in high school Social Studies. Today, I live happily in Lakeport, CA with my partner Enrico Carini. I teach at Clearlake Community School which serves at-risk youth. To attend my school the students must be either court-appointed, on probation, expelled, truant, or homeless. Even though I am a History teacher, I also have the privledge to teach 8-12 graders in Algebra, Biology, Earth Science, Health, Life Skills, World History, Ceramics and Yoga. I love what I do and enjoy each day. I think of our high school experience often, since I am facing the years now on the opposite end. For the past three years I have lived on a 10 acre farm one mile from the lake. When we aren't producing organic fruits, vegtables, and eggs you can catch Enrico and I kayaking or playing disc golf or doing another one of our favorite things like brewing beer. Well, that's the basics about me! I look forward to seeing you all!
