I was the exchange student from Scotland back in '89. I went home to Scotland after graduation, but eventually came back to the US. I went to the College of Charleston, in Charleston, SC. I got a bachelor's degree in French and a Master's degree in Elementary Education. I taught school for 7 years before becoming a stay-at-home-mum in 2005. Being a stay-at-home-mum is way more work than being a teacher :) We just moved to Dubai, in the UAE, this past summer. I guess we'll be here on the other side of the world for the next few years and then hopefully settle down permanently in SC.
