Went to Culinary Art School and graduted as an Executive Chef. Did alot of traveling along the southern United States and did special parties for my Company Compass Group. Tied the knot in 1994 to Robin Long and been with her ever since. Stopped traveling and became the Executive Chef for Novozymes North America for 13 years. Catered to the Ambassador of Denmark for USA and the Ambassador of USA for Denmark. Fed the secret service agents for President Bush all 200 of them! When he visited the Novozymes plant and after all that cooking I still didn't get to meet the man in charge- Bummer! Oh well now I am the Executive Chef for Novo Nordisk in Clayton NC.
