Jeff Is still with us he lives back in Russell County again. I talked to him back last summer my daughter had went to the same bible school with his kids. His profile is on here. His cousin Eric Dick passed away about 10 years ago from histoplasmosis.

Michael Auterson As I recall, Melissa (Missy) Duncan did not graduate with us. I think she was still attending RCHS in 86-87 - whether she and her family moved or if she dropped out, I am uncertain.

Also, don't forget Jeff Dick is looking for old high school photos for a special presentation at our reunion. Dig 'em up if you've got 'em! I have talked to people who know Jamie Gossar, Gary Gilpatrick, and Doug Polston. They said they would tell them about the web-page. Wether or not they respond I don't know. By the way when did they start putting a comma before the word and. Use to when you were writing a list of things you didn't put a comma after the word before the and word. When did that change? Susan You're a writer. Help me out.

Chad Shepard " I HAVE A "?" FOR ANYBODY " Does anybody know if it's legal or not to down- load music from PEER TO PEER web sites........ Remember about 2 or 3 years ago it was a big- BIG deal if you were. I never did find out for- sure what come of, happened, or what the deal IS....????

I agree Marci. I get on here about every day to see if anyone has left a message. How is everybody's summer going? Anything exciting? I haven't really done anything special. Try to get to the pool as often as I can. Gonna be going to Russell County tomorrow to bury a friend. That makes 3 in the last year. It seems the only time I see my friends is when I'm burying one. We shouldn't take it for granted that their gonna be there when we get "time" to see them. Well, I will quit jabbering. Somebody else's turn to leave a message.

Also, Jeff Dick is planning a REALLY amazing walk down memory lane with a slideshow, and he desperately needs your favorite high school and/or recent photos. Please send by email or regular mail. Some people I am just now getting to know. Isn't it nice how social networks can reconnect us with old friends, and turn old acquaintances into new friends? Time is ticking away toward our reunion. Please get your money sent to Tobie. So far we have 46 who say they're coming, but only 11 who have paid. Thanks for taking care of this!
Also, Jeff D. still needs some photos for the slide show. Please send or email. Details are on the 20 Year Reunion page.
And... something new. We're hoping to add a little fun & excitement to the reunion by having some cool door prizes. Thanks to Melanie (Wade)Dyer for our first donation: a KFC bucket full of $100 in chicken checks, along with a few more great prizes. If you are in a position to donate a prize, or know someone who would, please email me with the name and the prize. All people and/or businesses that donate a prize will be able to set up a sign/banner at the reunion, and will be listed in our reunion materials, thanked & acknowledged at the event, and also listed on the website, so they will get some nice advertising in exchange for the door prize. Stephanie (Bennett) Foley will be sending out some letters to local businesses & asking for participation, so if you know of someone who might need a letter, just contact Steph. Thanks again, and hope to see you all in October!

Hi Everyone,
I'm sorry I haven't updated this site since the reunion, but it's been a very tough road for me. Exactly one week after the reunion, I was at the funeral home saying goodbye to my mom. Even though she'd been in the hospital for a while following her stroke, it was still very quick and unexpected. This has been a very difficult time for me. Following the funeral, I had to immediately jump into all the prep work for the sale of our farm, which was this past Saturday. I am just now getting my first chance to catch my breath, and then we'll be moving to our new place immediately after the new year. So I hope to have the site updated and photos posted within the next few days or so before all the holiday busy-ness takes over. Thanks to everyone who knew about my mom's death for the cards, visits, calls & emails. I really appreciated the thoughts, prayers, & kindness.
By the way, I did post some reunion photos on my facebook page a day or so after the reunion, and I think Sherri, Tobie & a few others did, too.
It was so nice to reconnect with all of you at the reunion. Old friends are some of the best. Take care of yourselves, and above all, cherish the moments you have with your loved ones. You can't believe the difference in your life one week can make.

Hi Everyone,

I am not sure if anyone still uses this site and will see this message. But, as my last message indicated, it's been almost two years since our reunion and the death of my mom a few days afterward, and I really just let the site go after that. It was only after receiving an email from Michael Auterson concerning the death of our classmate Cindy McGowan that I got back on here. If there is an interest in keeping this site up, I will. But so many of us are now on Facebook that it almost seemed a little obsolete. I will keep the site online, and maybe I'll be able to add some updates from time to time. But if there is anything really important that we need to get out to the rest of the class, it's probably better to email me at sgr.lambert@yahoo.com or on my Facebook page. Thanks.

Well... Hello again, Class of '89! The website is back up, as you can see, and I hope everyone by now has received the information about our class reunion coming up quickly, Sat., Nov. 1. I sent out a group email to remind everyone in our class today. If you did not receive it, please check the email address in your profile and let me know if you need it resent.

In order to get things moving, we need three things from you:

1) Please RSVP here on this site and/or on our class Facebook page so we can get a better head count.

2) send checks to Tobie. (Made payable to Class of 1989)

3) Pictures! :) We are trying to get together as many high school photos as possible for a slideshow at the reunion. Please email whatever you have to sgr.lambert@yahoo.com by Oct. 27.

Hope to see everybody at the reunion, and enjoy the website. I am going to do my best to keep it updated regularly.
