Attended Central Baptist College in Conway 1 year, moved back to finish my Degree in Elementary Education at Tech in 87. I taught Kindergarten at Hartford, AR for 17 years, the school applied for an ABC grant and I have held the position of Director/Lead teacher for the past 4 years. I was nominated for Who's Who Among America's Teachers by a former student who was in 12th grade at the time. It was very nice to think he remembered me from that long ago!
My husband, Dwayne, and I have been married for 17 years, we have a son,Tyler, 14 he excels in academics and football.
We put our home up for sale right when the housing market was going downhill but were lucky and it sold in one month. The bad side was we didn't have anything picked out and didn't want to be in a hurry. We lived in a camper for 1 year 2 months until we found a house in Poteau, Ok. I will never camp again!
My hobbies are, computers, reading and working in the garden. I also like to play wii with the family. My husband & son love to go fishing, I usually take a book in case they are not biting.
We are active in our church and always busy going somewhere or being a taxi for my son.
