Lead Vocalist / Drummer : 1970 to present ("Inpulses" / "Mauna Kea" / "Ralph&Mel") ("Lakeshore Drive" during the 70's & 80's) ("Monterey" during the 80's & 90's) ("Secret Tattoo" during the 90's) (currently "Touch of Gray")
During the past 1 1/2 years have also been working with an arranger/studio musician who retired from Sony Studios in Los Angeles, California.

Currently (April 14, 2016) moving into a new home in Appleton, WI.

Have made 15+ trips to Hong Kong & Mainland China during the past 10 years. Included visits to the mainland cities of Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, & Yangchun. Spent 2 full summers in Hong Kong and 2 full summers in Shenzhen.
Met my wife, Linna, and her 2 sons in Shenzhen.
We married in 2011. Linna and her son, Andy, were baptized in 2011.
Linna became a U.S. citizen in 2016. We have petitioned U.S. immigration on behalf of her son, Tony, and hope to have him join us in the U.S. soon.

I was extremely nervous about transferring to MLS for my senior year. It turned out to be a great experience that helped shape my life. I continue to appreciate the friendship and support I received from many of my new classmates and from the staff.
Especially remember performing the 1st Karaoke ever with Don Stuppy as " Ralph & Mel ". . . performing "Hiawatha" by the Smother's Brothers.
