Patti Swallie Choy

After I graduated I moved to HI and soon met Don Ho. Sang in his show for 27 years. In 1996 I found the Lord, Jesus Christ and accepted Him as my Lord and Savior in 1996. Met my husband, Wendell Choy, a pastor, and we were married in 1998. In 1999 we moved to Huntington Beach, CA for five years. We pioneered a church there, Ohana Christian Fellowship, which is still going! Wendell's mom got ill, so we returned to HI in 2004. Wendell took over his families business. We manage two apartment buildings on Oahu and a shopping center on the big island in Hilo. We returned to pastoring the church that Wendell founded in 1984, Calvary Church of the Islands in Kailua. The Lord is doing a great work here and we love being a part of it. Check out our website to hear Wendell preach. He is an awesome man of God and a dynamic teacher.
In 2019 we retired from CCI and moved to Southlake, TX. We are managing our real estate holdings in HI from TX. We are considering starting a Bible Study.
