Three weeks after graduation I moved to Grand Rapids. My son will be graduating from Christian High. Now that is hard to believe!! I settled into the Christian School system and have been there for 11 years now. I Co-direct a large program that gives academic support to college-bound students who have learning differences like ADD, ADHD and specific Learning Disabilities. Sad to say though, I have learned so much more working in high school than I ever did attending it!

Who had Mrs. Pung in kindergarden? I took off the paper on a crayon and wow - you would have thought I killed her cat! There was a Spanish Inquisition over that incident! Never did that again! My ulcers thanks to Mrs. Ferguson and Mrs. Towersy. My God those women could yell! Or my imfamous pig/car accident. The newspaper article that was so lovingly placed on my locker that read: "Girl hits pig". Funny. I also fondly remember cruising! What a good time! It was never the same in Ionia after us. Was it because of us they passed a law forbidding cruising? Now those were the days!
